Whole Soul’s front desk is open from 9am – 5pm Monday-Friday.
However, our counselors are usually available outside of these hours although each counselor is unique.
Currently we operate 100% via telehealth. This is great because it allows for more privacy and flexibility. However, Whole Soul is currently looking for office space in Greenville, SC. Please keep us in prayer as we search.
In Short, Totally AWESOME! You’ll be connected with Miranda, our intake coordinator. She is one of the most amazing people, you won’t want to stop talking with her. She will gather a few details, answer your questions, and relay next steps so you will be comfortable and confident.
Once you have been placed with your counselor, they will reach out to you via email. Email is our primary method of communication. If your counselor wishes to establish other means of communication with you, they will do so at their discretion.
Pricing for services ranges on service and provider, but generally a one-hour session is $100-$125 for individual sessions and $125-$140 for couples. Please reach out to our front desk for a copy of our fee policy if you wish to have a detailed breakdown.
Currently we do not take insurance, though some counselors may be in network. We do this to protect the privacy of our patients. However, we can create Superbills which you can then send to your insurance to see if they will reimburse. We cannot guarantee reimbursement.
Presently Whole Soul Counsel cannot assist in court mandated care. However, if a court mandate permits clients to choose their therapist, we are able to offer our regular services. Please note that it is against our policy to testify in any court proceedings.
In the event of a late arrival (15 minutes or less) the session will continue but end at the regularly scheduled time. If you are later than 15 the appointment will be considered “missed." Please remember to cancel within 48 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the entire fee if cancellation is less than 48 hours.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by reaching out to your counselor, calling our intake coordinator, or doing so from your personal telehealth portal. Rescheduled session will be subject to a full charge if NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.

Our state-licensed counselors have met and retain all of the requirements set by the state health-related boards department. Our pastoral counselors have met and retain all of the requirements of the National Christian Counselors Association. Each counselor may have unique certifications and specialties regardless of licensure type.
We can get you scheduled within a few days, but sometimes up to several weeks. This timeline is dependent on which service you are interested in and the counselors available.
If someone else is paying for your sessions, we will need a 3rd Party Agreement Form signed by the paying party and on file in our office before your first appointment.
Absolutely! We welcome everyone no matter what their beliefs are. We always treat each client and patient with respect and honor. Please be aware that All of our providers do agree to our statement of faith and beliefs, but you are not required to.
When you accept an appointment time, our counselor will set aside that time and is committed to being there for you. The pre-paid fee is a commitment on your part that you will come to your first appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment it is important to notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. After your first appointment you will pay as you go.
At this time none of our counselors specialize in adolescents younger than 12 years old. However, we are looking to add children's therapist to our team as soon as possible.
